Here is what I don't get. Say, you got a cold. It's annoying, unpleasant, you can spread it to other people you work with and make the problem worse for the company, but you could technically work without much detriment to the quality of the work. So get a sick day or two or go to work and potentially spread it. But thanks to the coof, we have work-from-home for a lot of things, so if you are working in an office, doing computer work or other things you can do remotely from home, why not make it mandatory that ok you get a note from a doctor but you don't just get a day off, but the note "allows" you to work from home for a few days instead?
