I'm sure some Korean user knows more about this than me, but here's my tldr:
After rolling one of the worst self-coups in history, enough conservatives crossed the aisle to impeach Yoon, and if I understand correctly mainly because he got into a spat with his own party leader, way before thiswhole fiasco. The Corruption Investigation Office (CIO) then tried to arrest him but initially failed, so they tried again with thousands of police men and succeded on the 2nd attempt, with Yoon surrendering without much of a fight. Now that the court ruled his arrest legal some of his pissed off supporters stormed the court responsible for this decision.
