smh yes that's the point. It's to encourage consumers to make better decisions (such as buying domestic). I know what as people stop buying foreign goods the government's revenue will decline in the long run. but that's not a bad thing! As people will be making better decisions they won't need a government to nanny them and it could become obsolete. Do you not see the efficiency here?
