The restricted access proposal still gives Tom Krause and Marko Elez access to PAM. Nothing has really changed. These are the terms because the lawsuit is literally drivel. Employees appointed by OMB are not "third parties", and are qualified to access information under the authority of OMB, including Treasury department systems. Astroturfing about illegal third parties is going to be one of those things everyone screams about for 3 years and then forgets. I don't get why anyone is spending time on this. DOGE is an obnoxious waste of time for everyone involved.
