Palm Springs is a popular destination for LA gays. It's a vacation for the three day weekends when you don't want to go camping. Gays don't camp btw.

Yeah, why is that? I know plenty of lesbians who camp and backpack and shit, but, for the only gay guys I know who would even consider leaving asphalt for vacation, camping is when you get a cabin in Tahoe or Sedona and take some pictures with rocks.

Because gays confuse their sexuality with being a part of the metropolitan lifestyle.

Go a lil bit east to Joshua Tree and stay at Hicksville Trailer Palace. It’s got all of the camp gays love.

Okay, I'm a sucker for John Waters white trash campiness and that place actually looks kind of neat; except for all the other trailers that I'm sure are full of horny drunk gay guys every weekend. One time I stayed in a sweet Airbnb out near the Temecula wineries that had a similar setup with a cute remodeled trailer and nice deck, but way more secluded and with a hot tub that probably didn't have as much c*m in it.

I’ve stayed there twice. Once when we rented out the whole compound, the other when I impulse bought a car on the internet and flew my dad out with me to drive it back across the country. The only other couple there was a dude and his hot wife who made yoga videos.

Interesting, I might have to check it out if I ever go out there again.

You could make it a holy pilgrimage.
