amazing how many pages I had to go through on the fox site to find anything other than "NEW GUN CONTROL LAW" not actually what it is.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person—

(3) is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));

(4) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;

(5) who, being an alien—

(A) is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or

Finally a proper punishment to anyone who sells a gun to duggie pot smokers, r-slurs and illegals.

It’s another example of leftoids getting what they want by chipping away at second amendment rights. For them, ‘compromise’ means that they don’t get everything they want but most of it, instead of both sides getting something they want

it's really just plugging some r-slurred holes in existing laws

The reforms include:

  • Tougher background checks for buyers younger than 21
  • $15bn (£12.2bn) in federal funding for mental health programs and school security upgrades
  • Funding to encourage states to implement "red flag" laws to remove firearms from people considered a threat
  • Closing the so-called "boyfriend loophole" by banning all those convicted of domestic abuse from owning a gun - not just those who are married to their victims or live with them.
