Today we're going to talk about the time a male drama regular wound up in a college humor article about women getting roasted on reddit.
So as most of you are aware, at least a third of all internet related "journ*lism" is just browsing social media looking for things you can turn into articles with out having to actually do any work. Back in the good old days of 2017 it was acceptable to do this on things that were insulting to women minorities and g*mers.
That lead to this shitty article
Number 9 on this list may surprise you, as it was male r drama regular Cerkies.
The most hilarious part of all of this was that despite general amusement of this, no one told Cerkies about it for awhile.
When he was told he was less than fully pleased by it.
This has been the first post in the new series "great moments in rdrama history, which will almost certainly be the last unless Snally or another actually good poster takes up the mantle.

College Humors an interesting case where the better the production values got, the unfunnier it became.

It happened to Cracked too.

I used to love Cracked. I got one of my articles published with them when I was 17. Now I guess they let high school juniors write everything of theirs.

All the good writers left to do their own thing and probably make a shitload more money.

Dude. Cracked used to be sooooo funny. Even when SJW horseshit kept popping up in the articles, I didn’t care because it was still funny. Now it sucks.

Cracked got shit after they fired Seanbaby.
Edit: apparently they re-hired him and then fired him again two years ago.

Seems predictable. What made it funny/charming originally was the "realistic" low production quality and non-corporate writing.

They were always progressive too, so it wasn’t even a particular realignment that led to its downfall. Whenever a sketch character did something shitty in the 00s or early 10s, there was a negative consequence to it and the “correct” behavior was pretty hamfisted but funny.
Now it’s like the writing got taken over reddit smug-posters. Same with a lot of internet humor sites like Cracked. The only folks who stuck to true to themselves were The Whitest Kids U Know, which looked like they were making a solid comeback until Trevor died last month from falling off a balcony.
