Being more interesting is unlikely to help if the moid fundamentally just wants someone who is better looking. There are moids who will frick nearly any woman, but there are also moids who won't, or whose looks standards increase over time as they start to get more confident.

Look at all these stories like this you've seen. There's almost always a common thread running between them. It wasn't that long ago suggesting a woman put out here and there was r*pe culture. Think about all the stories where a woman cries about how much more loving her husband is once she starts putting out again.
A huge number of relationships would be better off if the man got the big thing he wants out of it.

Sure, but also keep in mind that a lot of these stories are fake and/or they are coming from Redditors. Reddit is mostly made up of sexually relatively low-status males, so it makes sense that there are a lot of stories on Reddit about a guy in a relationship with a woman who won't put out.
