I got a notif from the bot and the first thing I thought is that it was spam. I think you should change is the whole "CrossTalk" thing and especially the title because it sounds like the title of a corporation. Change the title to something like "somebody has mentioned your username". Actually, now that I think about it the whole message should be informal to make it seem like an actual person sent the message.
