You doing process development? I imagine IPS = in process sample or something.

I have some colleagues struggling with depth filtration and tfdf right now.

What are you making? Antibodies, virus, vesicles, etc?

Purifying AAV2; my thesis work pertains to AEX so I have to develop every unit op beforehand. Annoying af since my affinity columns are acting extremely weird and my running theory is that something is occurring upstream that's inhibiting binding

Is the AEX work related to separation based on empty/full capsid?

I haven't ran affinity since I used to work on Protein A columns. Are these like the POROS AAVX ones that thermo sells? What kind of weirdness?
