Reading this is almost as bad as watching the ring tv show

This show is top-grade subversion for no fricking reason, since the original work was not racist nor did it portray women as less than men. Literally all they had to do was to use the IP already in LoTR to show the fall of Númenor but they went high and to the right with shit that is blatantly not consistent with the story. For no reason.

Why are Hobbits there? Why is Gandalf there? Why the frick did they cut 2-3000 years out of the story? Youtube fans can do a better job than "professional" writers.
