Beyond having hired a bunch of millenial/zoomer
employees I wonder if the number of single people going to the parks 
influenced their decision making? Prices are so high now that I kinda doubt I'll ever take my kids, which is a shame, since I do love amusement parks.

For older kids and adults, definitely. I do think that Disney's dark rides and offerings for younger children
make it a special experience... just not one I'd shell five figures out for.

Even with plane tickets + hotel I think it'd be difficult to spend five figures unless you're eating their food for every meal or have a dozen kids. Last time I was there was pre-covid though.

I saw a recent California Disneyland video
and the food there 
sucks balls now. It was like 75% adults and 25% kids running 
around. Shits over. Kids also absolutely do not give a flying 
frick about Starshit 
just like Asia.
Disneyland Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai have much better
food quality

I think a lot of it is a cynical version of ladder pulling. Does DEI ever actually affect white men in established careers? It just seems like they're kneecapping the younger talented asian and white careers and surrounding themselves with mediocre BIPOCs, so even at 70 they appear to be the most competent people in the room.
For all their money, the one thing that terrifies aged corporate types is a forced retirement. Not only does it take their purpose away, after decades of ordering people around they can't handle the "lol okay gramps, time for the retirement home".
