Yeah surprisingly southern megacities are a lot lower. IMO gangetic belt will always be polluted cause its proibably largest continuously inhabited stretch of land globally, you can go from chittagong to peshawar without hitting one district where pop density<1000/km2 probably. And himalayas means pollution can't disperse to north or west.
