How can you even get approved for over 60k of credit as a 25 year old when you're swimming in debt already. Looks like Robinhood levels of risk management

I had a credit card co-signed by my parents at 14, which I guess helped me establish credit. By the time I was 25 I had around $60k in available credit. Not at the best interest rate, but it was there if I wanted to rack up that debt.

It's crazy how much credit I have available to me after I got a normal full-time job. Across all my credit cards it was well over $100k in credit.
Can you even do this anymore? I thought the PATRIOT Act made it so you had to be 18 for most financial accounts (as part of the extra reporting to "combat the funding of terrorism" or whatever their excuse was)
