How can you even get approved for over 60k of credit as a 25 year old when you're swimming in debt already. Looks like Robinhood levels of risk management

Killing the pets and eating them would save 714.55 immediately.

104.55 - pet insurance

200 - dog food

60 - cat food

350 - groceries (remember, you're eating your pets now).

=714.55 savings.

I had a credit card co-signed by my parents at 14, which I guess helped me establish credit. By the time I was 25 I had around $60k in available credit. Not at the best interest rate, but it was there if I wanted to rack up that debt.

It's crazy how much credit I have available to me after I got a normal full-time job. Across all my credit cards it was well over $100k in credit.

I had a credit card co-signed by my parents at 14,

Can you even do this anymore? I thought the PATRIOT Act made it so you had to be 18 for most financial accounts (as part of the extra reporting to "combat the funding of terrorism" or whatever their excuse was)

I didn't read the post but I assume she has like, an actual job, not a McJob, which is why she is eligible for a normal credit card

Aren't her total bills only around 2k? Already with dropping 500 at the debt? I just eyeballed it all but she should still be able to drop an extra thousand a month at the debt. It doesn't seem insurmountable.

It appears that she has a terminally ill dog and her parents raise her rent whenever she gets enough breathing room, which is bleak AF but it’s time to stop telling your parents how much money you make and get a second job

Apparently she puts half the remainder on the credit card and half on an emergency fund that immediately gets spent by vet visits

In college I had student loans and 40k across credit cards (back then at 4.75% APR). But then everything got reformed in 2004/5/6 I can't remember.

So I have no idea how this foid got approved for anything.

Another thing I love about the Krauts is their hatred of credit, credit cards and approving you for them.

Canadians can get lines of credit when they have no assets? Interesting.

LOL illegitimate children. I love people who think marriage is some sort of requirement to have children and not just some archaic religious ceremony for sheep. I feel incredibly sorry for your wife and kids for having a shitbag bully for a father/wife. Guarantee you were a Trump supporter.
