I'm kinda torn
On one hand, it's important for "normal" folks to see how the eternally broke think and live. It's important to document this, and to spread it.
On the other hand... Shit, third time on the show? She needs actual help, not advice. She just can't handle her own finances and never will.

None. The only things she "needs" are information and willpower. She doesn't even need intelligence, since just doing what she's told without thinking one step beyond that would get her out of this situation. She's been given information three times, and willpower is, in the purest sense possible, a matter of choice.
The only way she could possibly be "helped" would be for her to completely cede control of every aspect of her life to someone else. And not in the "abusive boyfriend" sense, in the "straightjacket" sense. Because being physically incapable of fricking up is the only thing that is ever going to stop her.

Growing up and interacting with people like this is very puzzling because I don't know how to architect society to include them.

But there's two major underlying issues:
1. Stupid people literally cannot conceptualize how stupid they are or how much more intelligent someone could be. They cannot conceptualize the thought that goes into making things work. They cannot conceive of someone else doing work if they cannot see it. See: every post-colonial African nation that could not even maintain their infrastructure.
2. Not-stupid people are also unable to conceptualize existence with that lack of intelligence. Frequently it is misunderstood as ignorance and they mistakenly believe it is possible to educate these people to achieve a functional level of intelligence. Adapting to the limits of their capabilities is seen as prejudiced.
1 means they are going to be prone to getting uppity. 2 means everyone else is likely to side with them. The ultimate solution is to just pick your own cotton.

One of Jordan Peterson's early things that drew criticism for him was him saying that there are people who are simply too stupid to function in society and need their hand held for their whole life. He would try to come up with solutions for them.

She needs someone to do all her finances for her. Like literally pay her bills and shit and just give her like 200-300 bucks per week for groceries and stuff but otherwise she just shouldn't go anywhere near her bank account. If she's got a bf she might as well let him handle the money, but it seems he might not be much better.

Unironically I think there is an actual case for this, some people are just too stupid or clueless or wired in some obscure way which prevents them from understanding how money works, and it ruins their whole lives, perpetually. But preying on the financially ignorant is profitable for banks in particular, so these idiots won't ever be saved from themselves.
