In some places stores are forced by law to throw out all of their refrigerated products if there was an electricity failure at the store. This means that if you watch the news for power outages in your local area you can just drive to the store and take a bunch of stuff that's still cold, still fresh and not even close to being expired yet. This is what all the pros do. If you just dumpster dive random meat from containers you are either a hobo, an r-slur or prader willi lol.
