Always hated the "its cause its cheap" excuse. A 20lb bag of rice is $20 and lasts months if its not consumed daily. Ground beef is cheap af. Chicken and pork are ridiculously cheap. Frozen veggies are great and dont cost much either. Theres zero excuses for not eating well
