This guy is proof that not everyone is cut out to be a landlord and why it's one of the hardest jobs out there

I came to peakpoors just to see if this was posted, OP is fricking r-slurred. The best part was financing a new car and using a credit card for the down payment :marseyxd:

I mean, id 100% put a massive down on a credit card if I could pay it off that very day with cash. No reason to miss out on thousands or tens of thousands of points in one go if you can pay it off asap.

If I just pay the minimum for the next 5 years, though, it's basically free money

:marseywtf2:

I am physically incapable of understanding how r-slurred and incompetent these people are.

It really just is shit budgeting.

>be me

>after taxes an getting a modern 1br 4 blocks away from downtown

>paying off a new SUV

>spending tons on quality food

>going out often, easily spend like $130-200 a night on drinks and coke when weekend

>bills and insurance payments

>401k investment

>still saving about a grand and a half a month, could turn that into 2.5k if i cut out the wasteful spending but frick it im enjoyinf life and my salary is projected to skyrocket with experience and time and I need to find a gf anyway

Poors never get that if they want an expensive lifestyle they needed to get a high paying job

I have to imagine people like this are getting absolutely r-slurred financial advice from somewhere else. No way someone this fricking dumb knows he can take out a second mortgage without someone trying to take him for a ride.

He posts in meme stock subs too. Fancies himself a day trader. I bet his cars are something stupid too like a 2019 Audi.

Actually he's not a landlord; he took a second mortgage to finance his credit card debts :marseyxd:, thought this behavior was sus from a supposed “landlord”

I used that 40k home equity loan to pay off credit card debt. I then proceeded to rack up an additional 40k in credit card debt on top of that.

A lot of people on reddit shit on Dave Ramsey because he "ignores the math" but this is exactly why he doesn't initially suggest to people to do debt consolidation loans and adds a caveat to them that you're not accomplishing anything. $40k in credit cards paid off just means $40k worth of credit to use.

>Well yeah, he funded it all by borrowing funds, I think he forgot people usually expect you to pay them back lol.

Why bother paying them back; Biden's gonna forgive all debt, remember? Just one more term, bro! :soyjakwow:

600 bucks a month for gymnastics. The frick? Are they buying all the equipment in monthly payments?

Its funny how envious I am of that mortgage and second mortgage and yet this dude still fricks it up.

Also 87k is not much anymore in this economy.

The second mortgage is for a 40K loan he took on his own home :marseyxd:

I've read it and to put it simply: I'm disgusted by some of the text. And especially when it was revealed that the alt-right "drama" website was involved in the research, my suspicions came true. The text is nothing but smelling coming from some pretentious intellectual dark web teenager fan-fiction writer. Unfortunately.
