How do you spend 320$ on booze :marseymoonshine: and smokes? n you can get a gallon of gutrot and gpcs for sub 20$

Not in leafland you can't. Used to spend $50/week easily on booze before I started homebrewing. $320 for cigs and booze a month does not go far here

Canada has very high sin taxes.

@SexyFartMan69 is it true that you can just drive over to an indian (feather) res and buy shit for much cheaper? I used to do that for weed, it was like 1/4 the cost outside the res.

Smokes and weed yeah but not liquor, at least not that I know of.

Ah that makes sense, now that I think about it I don't remember many liquor stores there. There were a ton of gas stations though, and one other thing... maybe fireworks or something?

They also had VERY slow speed limits, I assume they're trying to milk "foreigners" (read: anglos) for as much money as they can.

Any town has a 50km/h speed limit no matter what so you often have the main fricking highways slowing to 50km/h to pass thru some bullshit r-slur town

lol yeah one of my takeaways from visiting a few times is that the "Trans Canada Highway" literally isn't a highway. Not by US standards at least. For long stretches it's just a two-lane road (one lane each direction), complete with stop lights, or sometimes nothing (you need to wait at a stop sign and take a 90 degree turn from halt to """merge""" onto it). And that wasn't even really in the middle of nowhere, it was still Ontario.

This was different though, since the "highway" didn't go through the res. I forget the exact speed limit and apparently Google Maps isn't allowed there but IIRC it was like 30 km/h, or maybe even 25 km/h. Standard road. Felt odd driving so slowly lol but nobody wants to pay for a ticket.

Yeah it's absolutely nuts that there is only a single 2 lane road connecting east to west and there are no plans to change any of it

Alcohol is a scam in Canada. In Ontario you can only buy liquor in government stores and it's wildly overpriced and taxed. Pretty easy to rack that $ up.

It's like $25-30 per pack of smokes and about $25 to $30 for 15 of shit beer. Liquor is at least $20 a bottle for gut rot tier. Smoking 2 packs a week and pulling back some beers on the weekend is gonna be like $300/mo

Also $200 for "fitness"? Any gym membership that vosts that much isnt worth it. I hardly use a gym and im in excellent physical shape, and when I was paying at a bice gym it was less that $200 for the year.

Also he put fitness in quotes bc he is a fat probably.

No I put fitness in quotes because I ripped off another comment and forgot to remove them lol. There's a lot of sausage fingered fatties in that thread telling him to cancel the gym membership entirely and walk his dog for his daily exercise.

Yeah I think :marseynoooticer: I pay 70/month for mine and that's cuz it has a 24 hour hot tub

The price you should pay for a gym is directly proportional to how much the normal gyms are infested with the poors. I gladly pay for Equinox because of the patrons at the only other gym in my area.
