Dont be an alcoholic smoker. Just walk around the block or get a treadmill. Learn to cook. Stop playing shitty mobile games. Get a cheaper place or give the dogs away.

No it isn't. And why buy a treadmill, just run around a lot of blocks.

Treadmills are way easier on your knees and you never have to deal with shitty weather. Running in snow sucks butt.

You can get nice treadmills dirt cheap too, it's probably the most frequently bought equipment for people that tell themselves I'm going to get in shape but never do.

Running on treadmills blows and like you said it's frequently bought by people who will never run on them. If you were going to run you'd just go outside and do it because there's no reason to buy a treadmill.

Gotta start somewhere

That's only starting somewhere if you've been in a coma for the last 2 years. That's less walking than getting groceries at the store.

look if you really want to gatekeep exercise don't advocate for walking or running at all you just wind up wearing a leg brace at 35 like all the other voluntary cripples

You're going to end up crippled from walking more than around the block? Jesus Christ you people have no perspective.

Walking around the block isn't exercise and isn't a start. If you disagree with this then you are fat.

More exercise than this guy is getting from $200 a month. Unless he's buying 50lb plate sets each month or juice that $200 is not justified

>or juice

Test E is cheap as frick though. You can juice on a poverty budget.

If you're really cheap you can get raw Testosterone on Alibaba and do it yourself. Needles can be had for free near the (government sponsored) local needle exchange. Then you only need a decent scale. $200 of Test raws should be enough Test to last you 10-20 years. (It is that cheap)
