Unless you're getting transferred by your multinational employer into a temporary location overseas or if you're going because of some solid investment opportunity, there's pretty much zero gain for an American to move out of the United States.
Canada and European countries like Germany, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, etc. are indeed very nice countries with great standards of living, but they have very little to offer to middle class Americans who're used to a certain lifestyle.

Wrong, they're a Redditor paradise. They're all 1000x more tolerant than ameriKKKa and they have le free healthcarearino. The locals will definitely be welcoming to the 500 lb outspoken, low skilled, Americans who don't speak the language and are only there to leech off the system and only talk about American politics.

Now seriously, do poor burgers even migrate or talk about migrating?
It seems to me that it's always remotecels and other PMC types the ones to move out of the US. I don't hear about poor kangz crossing the border to Canada to give birth there in order to get le free healthcare.

If you're poor poor in America you get basically everything covered by Medicaid. A lot of specialists and the like don't take it but chance are you aren't going to die. If your poor and old, Medicaid and Medicare combined is the best healthcare you can get. The downside is you can't retire ever. Your hoodrat types aren't gonna pay ever, so nobody, not even them, care. There are programs out there that cover a lot of it.
The people bitching about it are the midwit Redditor types. These are the types that doctor shop because of their nebulous "chronic illness" wasn't taken seriously by the last doctor. Yes, your going to be paying a lot out of pocket when you get multiple unnecessary MRI's and specialist visits. When I was doing some trolling on our little sub I would say that I got an MRI the day after my doctor's appointment because I was having headaches and they couldn't rule out a brain tumor. Some absolute Redditor said that I was privileged and that their partner was waiting 3 months for theirs. The reason was probably that the doctor checked their records, saw a frequent flyer and said, nah there's people with real shit that need it more.
They're the same people who worry about gun violence despite being childless white millennials living on a cult du sac.

No it's distinctly an educated middle and upper class phenomenon along with some retirees in the United States and personally every American I know that lives overseas is married to a foreigner.
One of them is a former classmate that taught English in Vietnam and married a New Zealander she met there. I think they live in Croatia now or something because he's a digital nomad and she does some vague non profit work remotely or something.
I have an extended family member that lives in the UK but that's because her husband is an Englishman.

It's a great country with good food, beautiful architecture, and a high life expectancy.
The problem are the low wages in comparison with the rest of the EU, high youth unemployment, and costly housing. In terms of income the US stomps every single European country as is not even close hence why the only Americans to move to Spain are retirees or students.
