I am completely flabbergasted by the contents of this article. There is no way someone so well spoken is this r-slurred with money.

>I would trick myself into it. A lot of times, I would say, “I can pay for it now. But I'll just whack it on here. Because it's more convenient.” It's that simplicity of four payments.

(((It's that simplicity of four payments.))) How the frick is managing 4 individual payments simpler than saving the money and outright buying the product in 1 payment?

>But the service has come about because there's obviously a need, and there's a lot of people who are lower income who don't have the privilege of being able to buy certain things outright or it's hard for them to save for things that they may need straight away, such as appliances.

If you can afford to pay off a debt, you can afford to save money.

Technology has led us to a generation of people incapable of delayed gratification.

I mean, there is the vice author taking out a loan to go on vacation.

We're at an era where despite stringing coherent sentences together and making the language flowery you're an absolute r-slur at the most basic forms of math.

There are more vice articles on the side that basically spell the doom for these fricks and younger generations. They're all more lonely, more mentally unstable. On top of that there is a generation that basically skipped two years of high school thanks to lockdowns and are in college that don't even have basics down.

After another decade, I don't recommend anyone taking flights. Because these willl be the dipshits replacing retirees maintaining airplanes.
