Really easy way to spot anybody talking about him who doesn't know shit. He didn't go around using his middle name all the time. This is something that some angloid (butthurt about Kim Philby getting caught started doing to show he wasn't upper class and the writers going for the low brow audience in the cheap seats loved.

Britain is way way way more in to class than you realize. You may know English but you don't know English (Total B-word). Trust me bro, there is a lot of subtext going on. These are people who think nice plates are a status symbol so you need an interpreter. Our tribe does not tell outsiders all of our ways. The whole immigration thing, you don't get it. The way this is seen there is the rich being so obsessed with hating the poor that they'll bring in immigrants.
