Any tips for getting a second wind after lunchtime/in the afternoon?

I swear I am brain dead and also physically tired by like 1PM most days.

Does anyone have any strategies beyond adderall for this?

How can I become a post-lunchtime rowdy???

After a few weeks you'll get used to it and you won't have as much of a crash

"Don't eat lunch" is the best advice if you want to avoid post-lunch sleepiness but if you've failed that because, idk, maybe work paid for a big free lunch or something, then an energy drink is the only option. If you usually hit the gym after work, preworkout works too.

I'm about to fall asleep on the highway from the pastry I had this morning. I've done 12+hr drives no issue but this 5 hour drive is just t e d i o u s. The intermittent rain isn't helping
