Any tips for getting a second wind after lunchtime/in the afternoon?

I swear I am brain dead and also physically tired by like 1PM most days.

Does anyone have any strategies beyond adderall for this?

How can I become a post-lunchtime rowdy???

I get this incredibly bad too.

Stay away from carbs/heavy lunches. That's a big factor.

Something like salad with grilled chicken (oil and vinegar dressing, or I just eat it plain) - I find to be ideal.

Also if I'm dragging I just fricking go hard on coffee at around 2pm.

Also I've found that taking vitamins in the morning helps with my energy levels during the day. (it could be placebo, but w/e it doesn't hurt).

I take a super b complex and D3 every morning.

Then other obvious shit like sleeping well and being a relatively active/healthy person.

these are the ones I use, they're just generic cvs vitamins and relatively inexpensive.
