I have been wearing 3 N95 masks, I'm gigavaxxed, I take supplements, work remotely, run air purifiers and socially distance. I also wear gloves and a tyvek suit when I leave the house. Idk how this happened

Just keep your fluids up, eat well and get plenty of bed rest. Take paracetamol or ibuprofen for the aches and fever. You'll be fine.

In the extremely unlikely scenario you feel breathless while at rest, get to a hospital immediately.

My heart rate is up and my breathing is shallower than ususal when the ibuprofen wears off but tbh i would rather expire at home than deal with canadian hospitals
