I thought it was just allergies but then I got super nauseous and achy and feverish.

Worst of all it's the weekend, I might take Monday off out of spite.

Just keep your fluids up, eat well and get plenty of bed rest. Take paracetamol or ibuprofen for the aches and fever. You'll be fine.

In the extremely unlikely scenario you feel breathless while at rest, get to a hospital immediately.

My heart rate is up and my breathing is shallower than ususal when the ibuprofen wears off but tbh i would rather expire at home than deal with canadian hospitals
