CRLA2+ Ph-like 36 year old presented and they called me for help since I'm used to treating Ph-like cases. Fly him out to Kaiser, repeat bone marrow for confirmation at TriCore for molecular and cytogenetics. Results should be out within a week. This shit isn't rocket science, why are they bothering an ex doctor for dumb shit like this. I'd rather discuss the lab results than be asked for speculation.

I asked for help in some cases but this is such an easy case. It was supposed to be Ph+ like but but you just send it to Kaiser or Mt Sinai who will take over the case. If they're busy, just send it to Mayo or treat it yourself. We have nationwide doctors devoted to treatment for this. I brought treatment options to my institution in adult males with it but we were never a national branch for Ph+ like treatment center

This mb interest you but @IamGod have a pal who when he was 13 was skating then hit a pillar with his peepee and when he went too doctor. The doctor told him everything is fine. But when he turned 18-20 his peepee became permanent inflated.
