Id take off the cardigan or whatever that sweater is completely and just wear a coat. If you truly insist on wearing that scarf (why???) then you need to structure the outfit around it bc its front and center on the outfit.
If you have a white shirt, grey jacket, and then either tan or a light wash jean that would be fine. I'd wear nice sneakers instead of the h&m oxfords, theyre too dressy but not high enough quality to be wearing casually.
