I'D SAY CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT REGARDLESS TOO SEE WHAT GOT YOU BANNED. SOMETIMES THEYLL LOOK THE OTHER WAY AND UNBAN YOU EVEN IF IT WAS YOU'RE FAULT UNLESS THIS IS LIKE YOU'RE 5TH TIME.

I never had any complaint from them before. They have the appeal just for suspension, I twice sent in a ticket and both times said that account wasn't suspended. They said see if you have another account and try resetting your password. I don't have another account and they won't send me an email to reset password so now I have sent them an email explaining all this and I am waiting. Only emails I get from them are automated responses from the tickets so far, nothing about strikes, suspensions, or password resets :marseyrain:
