I got over my dependency on social :marseysjw: media :marseyjourno: altogether. Even rdrama :marseyoverseether: I only need to go through once a day now.

I have further decreased my dependency on junk food.

I improved communication skills.

I have further improved my sleep :marseytoasty2: schedule to early morning.

I have begun to study :marseyweeb: how charisma works.

I also am trying out binaural beats :marseyvibe: right :marseymoreyouknow: now to further relax :marseybeach: while going :marseysal3: to sleep.

Be cautious with the advice of anyone who tells you to be extra careful not to seem like a p-dophile

First pro tip if you are a man for where I made the biggest mistake - Start with animals and other men for learning and improving social interactions. Only move on to women if you have gotten good at looking confident and maintaining casual eye contact already. Try to avoid children altogether even in terms of doing them a kindness. Modern society's design makes people paranoid enough about children that a stranger even treating them well might turn out negatively for you even if you are the good natured stranger. If you must interact with children, limit the interaction to quickly fixing the problem, and whenever possible have good talking terms with the parent before interacting with the child and try to only ever interact with the child if the parent is around.

I started by exercising and making gains.

Then I started cleaning my house.

Then I started following a daily routine where I would add one more item to the routine everyday.

I also meditated until I got good at controlling my breathing at all times. This helped with decreasing anxiety as nobody panics with a calm breath. I think it's biologically impossible to do so but that's just my theory.

Then I searched youtube for basic social skills, finance, communication skills, charisma, and jobs knowledge everyday. You only need spend a few minutes on each every day. Just be consistent.

Generally the basic advice will get you started, the trick is to go through it every day and check out some more random vids on the subject until you have internalized it fully.

I also have the good fortune of being paid for until I get on my feet fully so I am lucky in that regard.

I also listen to binaural beats using earphones to meditate myself to sleep. This is just in the testing phase though.

I also focused on giving up things that do not directly help me grow. So lowered entertainment sources, junk food, social media beyond interacting with friends and finding common memes to send every day or so for a few minutes.

Books that helped me:

Russell T.Warne In the know - helped me learn more about cognitive function

Chase Hughes the Ellipses Manual - never finished, but read enough to get the general idea that human behaviors can be tracked and understood, and that nervous folks and guilty folks behave similarly which explained why I was often found guilty of things I didn't do. This encouraged me to be more confident in my behavior.

The stranger by Albert Camus - It's a book from a non-normative personality perspective.

Osamu Dazai - No longer human - Again a weird book which again helps me see things from more unique perspectives

Another thing that appears to help is being able to get tired of the things I used to do. i.e. change enough that you want new experiences, new way of life to succeed.

You got to walk a new walk to get to a new location. That's just life.

I also learned to differentiate between being invested in myself and being selfish. I also learned to forgive myself for whenever I might have fricked up in the past.

A lot of growth has to do with letting go. The ability to keep moving on no matter how life turned out before.

You also might want to check out more general ADHD and Autism sources. Not necessarily because you have them, but because basic tips can also be used to max out for normal people if there are gaps in their abilities or knowledge of the world.

You can also test out Behavioral therapy tips, looking at yourself from an outside perspective, a bit of self hypnosis testing, and testing out your own abilities in various things to find out what you are good at and what you are bad at.

A high value tool would be for you to make your day to day life consistent and to be able to track the things you wish to do and keep track of daily or weekly progress even if you have to diverge from your aimed path from time to time like having to go to some event or lecture or whatever.

Positivity is also a good tool as we are biological machines so how we perceive the world and our own place in it can have actual tangible effects on life outcomes over time.

I can't think of anything else right now.

Just focus on increasing intelligence, minimizing neuroticism, and maximizing conscientiousness. That's a good starting point.
