i just realized that the solder i've been using for the past 3 days has lead in it

i've been soldering in my room without the window open because i assumed it was lead free solder. my eyes started feeling dry and i realized that it had lead in it

It would take weeks of continuous exposure to have any effect. You'll be fine.

Lead solder is way better for soldering than the tin/silver or whatever ROHS junk is
