i just realized that the solder i've been using for the past 3 days has lead in it
i've been soldering in my room without the window open because i assumed it was lead free solder. my eyes started feeling dry and i realized that it had lead in it

Lead boils at a temp much hotter than your soldering iron/torch will heat it. Just wash your hands.
If it has rosin in it that stuff isn't good for you and will irritate your eyes a bit but I think you'd need to huff the shit for a long time before it started to frick with you.
Solder without lead and rosin sucks. A fume extractor is like 30 bucks on amazon so if you solder a lot consider getting one.
