Okay so due to some nasty blood pressure readings I actually HAVE to quit smoking this time. Any tips/advice?

i'm honestly kinda glad this happened because now I know it's finally time to quit

yeah i plan to really toke up this week to deal with it, plus it reminds me of smoking and i always liked the sensation of inhaling smoke quite a bit
