i've never been a social person because i've always been totally content riding solo instead of putting up with people and their endless bullshit. i'm not depressed, lonely, sad, anything i'm totally chill

No. I hate people and love nature. My favorite part abput being an adult is not being pressured to socialize. I sometimes do to get ahead in business or when my few close friends have sometuing momentous tp celebrate, butt i only see it as a chore. Im ok at socializing too, i just dont like it and would rather go for a hike in the woods, garden or play vidya. Be yourself and focus on your own happiness, no one else will.
nah, normies cope and say any difference from how they act is "depression" or otherwise mental illness and think you need to take pills to fix a problem that never existed
Get the frick out of this mindset. It's not like it's over for you if you don't, but it's so much easier to build friendships in college.
instead of putting up with people and their endless bullshit
Find people you actually enjoy being around. Socializing is built into our DNA as a species, so unless you're a freak genetic anomaly you will be generally happier with like-minded friends than you are now.

In a vacuum it's not bad, but if you want to meaningfully contribute to society or have a properly successful career you do need to have at least some semblance of a social circle and a significant other.
If society didn't expect those things for a professional I and many others would likely be a lot more introverted,
Just associate being alone with weird websites like rDrama and you'll seek out IRL friends.
I spent my 20s very socially active when I took the normie pill. Played sports, went to parties, socialized. Stopped watching anime and got into cars. It's not that I didn't have fun, but the older I got the less I wanted to be around people.
It was good for my personal development but I'm much more content post covid after I realized how much being alone rules and used the lockdowns to cut ties with literally everyone I socialized with.
i was a normie once too, a bit of an neurodivergent one but a normie nonetheless, and i have the exact same sentiment as you. good for development but helped me realize i like being alone
Also with how limited free time is when you work I honestly don't feel bad prioritizing my needs. There felt like there was so much more time when I was younger.
I've done so many things I never had time to do because there was always some social event or meetup or smth
