Get the frick out of this mindset. It's not like it's over for you if you don't, but it's so much easier to build friendships in college.
Find people you actually enjoy being around. Socializing is built into our DNA as a species, so unless you're a freak genetic anomaly you will be generally happier with like-minded friends than you are now.
