The bad news is that I am still a fat frick.
The good news is that I can now fast for 48 hours at a time and follow that up with still maintaining a calorie deficit in my diet.
My capabilities continue to improve.
I am assuming this puts me in the high willpower category.
For my next trick I learn to follow an organized routine every day.

You really don't start getting the benefits of being in a fast until like day 5-6, so if you hang in there it gets better

And really only the first 2 days are difficult. Really the worst part of a fast after that is the tongue sludge

Yeah, those first few days are heck on earth mentally and physically but if you can survive without quitting it gets so much easier to handle
