Unable to load image

Did a successful willpower test. I can now fast for 48 hours without food.

The bad news is that I am still a fat frick.

The good news is that I can now fast for 48 hours at a time and follow that up with still maintaining a calorie deficit in my diet.

My capabilities continue to improve.

I am assuming this puts me in the high willpower category.

For my next trick I learn to follow an organized routine every day.

You really don't start getting the benefits of being in a fast until like day 5-6, so if you hang in there it gets better

And really only the first 2 days are difficult. Really the worst part of a fast after that is the tongue sludge :marseyimpossibru:

Yeah, those first few days are heck on earth mentally and physically but if you can survive without quitting it gets so much easier to handle :marseysigh:
