Thanks. It depends on the house. This one was perfectly staged by the owner when I got there. The guy was an Air Force reserve member and wanted it to be perfect in case he was killed on duty and the house was kind of the legacy he'd leave to his kids.

How much does something like this go for, if I was to price it I'd say like £900k for the house itself as it's 2 floors and without all the furnishing as the house doesn't look that big, the rooms are pretty small. Only a single island in the kitchen
It's pretty basic inside doubt there's any home automation system in place to control lighting, heating and security.
The back area with the swimming pool around £180k + whatever the extra land is.
That view over looking the lake looks impeccable.
I'd say it's around £1.8 million hard to give a proper estimate with the extra land and without knowing the location and what other property goes for in the area.

That is some great value for money it's £375 per sq foot where I live so something like this is $2.7m at the bottom end I could see it being easily in the $4/5m range and people would be lined up outside jumping for joy to buy it.
