Thanks. It depends on the house. This one was perfectly staged by the owner when I got there. The guy was an Air Force reserve member and wanted it to be perfect in case he was killed on duty and the house was kind of the legacy he'd leave to his kids.

The house is 6k square feet and Zillow has it estimated at $1.5 million.

It's crazy that codecels want to live in hovels when you can buy a house like that.

The problem with codecel WFH jobs is that if YOU can work WFH then YOU can easily be replaced by a 3rd world Jeet according to the MBA who rolls a d20 to see what percentage of the company he can lay off to save some money whether or not you are actually easily replaceable or not.

In TERF Island then double garage = "big enough to fit one car". I've never seen a garage that could actually fit two cars. That would be insane.
