Any advice on refunding an item from Aliexpress?

Bought a 16gb rx580 but they sent me a 8gb version, any advice on how not to get fricked on the return :marseymonke: (they claim they never :marseyitsover: got it back, claim it's actually :marseyakshually: as good as the 16gb ect)?

Because I needed a new gpu to replace my 750ti (wit 1gb vram) and it was 100 bucks. The first :marseywinner: card I got was fine. Took it apart :marseyvenn6: and there :marseycheerup: wasn't any notice :marseyschizonotes: heat damage, no excess thermal :marseypredator2: compound.

This 2nd one sucks butt tho. Both fans are failing on it

I bought one a year ago and wanted to upgrade so I could do more AI stuff (Mainly speech :marseyfreezepeach: to text and a LLM) while also not using literally :marseyme: 100% of my vram all the time
