Bought a 16gb rx580 but they sent me a 8gb version, any advice on how not to get fricked on the return

Because I needed a new gpu to replace my 750ti (wit 1gb vram) and it was 100 bucks. The first
card I got was fine. Took it apart 
and there 
wasn't any notice 
heat damage, no excess thermal 
compound.
This 2nd one sucks butt tho. Both fans are failing on it

Whenever I buy anything off Ali it always comes with a little note and the subtext is "if you review us anything other than 5 stars they'll put us in the pit again please message us so we can lick your boots instead"
Probably just saying that you feel scammed and will report it to AliExpress or review it poorly unless you get a refund. Then do that after anyway

I bought something off of there a while back. After a couple weeks, I asked an agent over the chat where my order was and when could I expect it to arrive as there was no tracking info. The convo went like this:
Agent: How can I help you?
Me: I was wondering when my order might arrive?
Agent: Would you like to dispute your purchase?
Me: No. I just want to know where it is.
Agent: I have put in a dispute for your order
Me: I just want a tracking number or something
Agent: I have made a refund on your purchase
I got my order a week later and a full refund that I never asked for.
