Any advice on refunding an item from Aliexpress?

Bought a 16gb rx580 but they sent me a 8gb version, any advice on how not to get fricked on the return :marseymonke: (they claim they never :marseyitsover: got it back, claim it's actually :marseyakshually: as good as the 16gb ect)?

I bought something off of there a while back. After a couple weeks, I asked an agent over the chat where my order was and when could I expect it to arrive as there was no tracking info. The convo went like this:

Agent: How can I help you?

Me: I was wondering when my order might arrive?

Agent: Would you like to dispute your purchase?

Me: No. I just want to know where it is.

Agent: I have put in a dispute for your order

Me: I just want a tracking number or something

Agent: I have made a refund on your purchase

I got my order a week later and a full refund that I never asked for.
