Life advice for fat people stuck in the struggle.

If you are fat and have had a hard time losing weight, stop trying to eat like with the mentality of becoming a fit person, and instead start eating with the mentality of becoming a less fat person.

Learning to eat that one less slice of bread worth of food a day is a win if your weight goes down by the end of the week and stays down. It is a better victory than losing a kilo and gaining two by the end of the month.

Your first move is to be less fat, and to keep spamming that move until you become fit.

Don't push yourself to the max setting from the beginning or even the middle. You have a lifetime to enjoy being fit once you get there. Let it happen steadily over time.
