ATR 42s. They can load a whole planes worth of passengers up in a single bus then attach the luggage trolley to the back.

It's very low budget. Nepali planes aren't allowed into a singke other country because they don't meet regulations low budget(unironically has a crash every year or two). Using 15 year old buses to ferry passengers low budget. Even the tractors they use to haul stairs around looked busted lol.
