Have you ever been fired? How did it happen?

I got fired for just being a general r-slur at work, I did a bunch of drugs and was going psychotic. They put me on medical leave for a few weeks until I saw a psychiatrist and after they decided I was too unhinged to keep around they paid me another 10 weeks pay to sign a form saying I was quitting; so legally I didn't get fired.

The next job their tech lead knew my old tech lead personally and reached out and he gave me a good recommendation. 9 months later I did the same thing where I did a bunch of drugs and went crazy, this time they fired me immediately.

I've had my current job for 4 years and I work with 2 people from the first job
