Have you ever been fired? How did it happen?

I was a consultant doing IT work and told a CEO to quit browsing hookers and porn because he released a worm on the network. I was banned from the building. It effectively fired me.

My company gave me a small package including unemployment. I was laid off early spring and found a job the next fall so I got a nice vacation. Later the CEO threatened an employee he was banging, did a small stint in county, his wife divorced him, and the company got sold to a competitor.

Theres a news article of the CEO crying while in court. If im having a bad day i look it up for a good laugh.
