My dad doesn't swear but uses racial slurs, which is pretty weird. I've heard him drop casual n-bombs ("I don't like this station, it's nothing but BIPOC music"). I've never seen him have a negative interaction with a black person before so I can only assume he gets it from his father.
Luckily I broke the cycle and only say the n-word with a soft a to let people know I don't mean it disrespectfully, neighbor.
