I was up every couple of hours last night 😮💨 grampy is tired today... good morning at church ✝️... pastor Jason has lost a TON of weight!! I made sure to remind him he was looking "Healthy happy and handsome" and that I was PROUD of him 👍!! Too many overweight people dont care... 😒

SO TRUE 👈 I used to work with a guy THIN AS A BEANPOLE!! and he used to be as WIDE as the pacific ... said he knew he had a problem when he couldnt fit airplane seats ✈️ anymore!! (haha, no "fat emoji")Crazy what some people can do😁!! Hope your day is going good 👍

IF my memory serves he ended up getting a tummy tuck... BUT he may not have... 🤔 they may not be "perfect" but extra skin🐷 is better than wrecked knees and "sleep apnea"... its not ABOUT "beauty" (my wife is beautiful no matter what... she had my children!!) Its about taking CARE of yourzelf!! 🏋♀️
